Learn to Speak and Communicate Your Ideas Well

Just finished “How to Speak” by Dr. Patrick Winston at MIT. It was published on YouTube by MIT OpenCourseWare and was a great talk about presenting and communicating your ideas effectively. Dr. Wilson was director of the MIT Artificial Intelligence lab for 25 years and died last summer (2019). It is an authoritative talk from a great speaker with lots of experience and wisdom to share.

Although the instances where you should be able to speak and communicate well abound, I most often find my myself thinking about the application of effective speaking and presenting for salespeople and sales engineers and recommend the advice and approach advocated by Dr. Winston wholeheartedly to be effective and persuasive.
