One of my friends speaks often about "reducing friction" and this has both resonated with and stuck with me over the years. Often this means simplifying something complex. Or making the difficult easier. Sometimes it is about eliminating unnecessary steps in a process or decision. And sometimes it is reducing time requirements. (He also says, "Without friction, there is no traction." But that will have to be a topic on another day.)

Factor is one of the things that reduces friction for me. I have tried several, and it is the best meal service I've found. Instead of sending ingredients that need to be prepared, Factor ships completed meals. These meals can also be ordered for one person, so it works for me as I'm most often the only one eating. It is as simple as "heat and eat", but unlike most pre-prepared meals, these are both healthy and tasty! They are a bit more expensive than what you may be able to find elsewhere, but not at this quality level with this tiny amount of effort and waste. And it is way healthier and less expensive than dining out. They suit several dietary preferences, including reduced calory, plant-based, keto, low carb, etc. And when I say they are are easy, it couldn't be simpler.

You pick the number of meals you want from >27 dietitian-designed weekly options with new menus every week. Gourmet chefs do the prepping and cooking. The meals arrive on your scheduled date and all you have to do is heat, eat, and enjoy with no prep and no mess. They are fresh, healthy, and truly do taste great! They also last a full week in the fridge, so you don't run short of time to enjoy them.
